About Us

Hi I am Corey! I am a married 32-year-old triathlete and runner working as a strategic project manager at Caterpillar. I am happy you stopped by the little blog here! Schnoodles of Fun may be a strange name, but it perfectly describes my life with my hubby and schnoodle puppies!

I grew up in Dickinson, TX with the most amazing parents and older brother. I was a three sport athlete in high school (volleyball, softball and swimming) and played Division I softball as a Redbird at Illinois State University. Go ‘Birds!

Besides playing softball (and having fun!!) in college, I also got a degree in Chemistry and an MBA. After college, I interned with Caterpillar in Peoria, IL then started working there full-time in the Marine Division in 2006 and have had the most amazing opportunities to live and travel all over the world!!

In addition to my love for all things running, swimming and biking, I also have a passion for traveling, snowboarding, wakeboarding, watching reality TV, reading and drinking wine.

My husband, Brad, was also blessed with an amazing family and is in the middle of three, with a younger sister and older brother. Even though he was born and spent most of his life in Morton, IL, his world travels started early as his family also spent time living in Hong Kong and in Singapore when he was growing up! Brad went to Truman State University where he was a Sig Ep. He now is a commercial real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial and is lucky enough to have 365 days of vacation a year work from home!

Brad is obsessed with loves to golf, and also loves traveling, snowboarding, wakeboarding, watching sports and doing home improvement projects.

We got married in 2010 and are currently living in Greenville, SC. We absolutely love Greenville and it couldn’t be a more perfect place for Brad’s golfing habit and my swim, bike, run addiction. We have so many great friends in Greenville that you will see and hear all about at Schnoodles of Fun!
